I have been a part of the Breathwork community since 1985 when I attended my first Loving Relationship Training (LRT). That training was without a doubt the most pivotal seminar in my entire life. Since that transformational event, I have trained extensively as a Breathworker and have continued my own personal transformation as a student of the Course in Miracles. My experience and practice of Breathwork and the Course in Miracles have become the cornerstone of my spiritual journey.
While my career focus was on real estate development, my desire to contribute to the healing of myself, the planet and to assist others on their own personal journeys never subsided. In 2002, realizing that it was time to take the next step in accelerating my life progress, I began a three year long intensive training program through Landmark Education. I pursued the highest level courses with the possibility of a leadership role with that organization. My extensive training with Landmark ended up bringing me full circle to the LRT in 2007. Through revisiting this powerful training and rediscovering the incomparable value of Breathwork I undertook extensive training as a Breathworker and a LRT Trainer. It is also my great privilege to be the Asheville LRT center manager.
I am happy to now be able to provide a variety of services through Phoenix Rising including Breathwork, life and relationship coaching, seminars and events and, of course, the LRT.
