   Breathwork is at the heart of my work.  I believe breathwork to be one of the most powerful transformational tools available to us at this time. Phoenix Rising provides a variety of services oriented to help you create the most amazing life and relationships possible. Services include private Breathwork sessions, group Breathwork, couples coaching, seminars and training intensives. Humanity is moving rapidly into a whole new paradigm where our former models of living and relationships no longer serve us.  At the same time, a new possibility for experiencing our Divine Nature is rapidly unfolding. Breathwork and Loving Relationship Training will allow us to move through these changes with greater ease and velocity and connect easily with this new and beautiful reality.
