    It is my profound pleasure to bring Sondra Ray’s LRT to Asheville. This is a life transforming weekend that is guaranteed to take all your relationships to a more conscious level, especially your relationship to yourself. Most importantly, this course will transform your relationship to life itself, opening doors to new possibilities in all areas of life that are important to you.

    I first took this training in 1985 in Honolulu , Hawaii and I can still say the this was the most pivotal weekend of my life. That LRT placed me fully on my spiritual journey and gave me the experience and tools that I have been able to use for over 20 years to successfully navigate all my relationships most importantly with my wife Allison. We have  now been together for 22 years despite the many challenges that we faced.

    We are all in relationships of some sort. We are in relationships at home, at work, in our community, with our families, at school, and with the world. We are either in an intimate relationship, avoiding being in one, trying to escape one, looking for one , or perhaps giving up on having one! Our life occurs in relationship to others.  In this weekend we will discover both why our relationships have gone the way they have so far and then create a whole new possibility for ourselves and our relationships. The past will no longer keep creating how our relationships happen in the present and a new freedom will be discovered.

    A new world is unfolding before our very eyes and the LRT will provide a road map to help navigate your way through with greater ease and joy.
